Don't really know who Intrix was until they send me their newsletter. I was using their water heater the whole time! Their water heater had amazing performance with consistent temperature. I feel the difference when I went to a hotel and had a bad experience in the shower. So this is what bad water heater feels like huh? Inconsistent temperature that almost burned my skin! Anyway, I am glad to be home to enjoy my showers. Cheers!
Their customer service is super nice. I bought their premium Reinz and it broke down after a week, but luckily they fixed it immediately and are still working nicely until now. I really love having it in my kitchen.

Quality, convenient and trendy water filtration system for modern kitchen used.
Their after sales service is commendable. Had a problem with the temperature setting of the heaters in my apartment and just had to drop a text on WA. The service crew came on time and fixed the problem promptly. The setting of temperature was not at maximum and problem was easily rectified. Also had water filter installed in the kitchen. Filter unit goes under the sink and the tap that comes with it is modern-looking and easy to use. Installation was done professionally and best thing was the technician made sure to clean up whatever mess made. Would recommend Intrix and eyeing their Reinz2 for my next water filter system.

Loved how it has a very simple and minimalist design & setup yet fulfils all the requirement - filtered drinking water, hot water and normal tap water. The 4-in-1 tap becomes the main tap and the compact filter unit is tucked away nicely, offering more space in the kitchen for other purposes. It is definitely something different compared to other brands that usually has a big outdoor unit occupying space on the island with additional pipings. The installation is simple and done by their professional team. Highly recommend this great product!

Bought their water heater and it's a terrible mistake. Spoilt numerous time right after the 1 year warranty and this time I'm definitely not going to spend money fixing it. Not even worth one star. They deserve zero star. Avoid at all cost.

Just got my Reinz few days ago, man it was amazing! The tap was classy and I've pass my electric kettle to my brother in law. Haha. Overall the tap quality is very good and it has the sturdy built quality to it. Nice!

Went to their showroom and was instantly sold, purchased their Reinz for my condo. The taps that they offered is really nice looking especially in modern kitchen. The aesthetics of my kitchen was on another level after the installation. The fact that it also provides hot water instantly is also a plus for someone lazy like me.

just got mine installed. so far i like that it doesn't clutter my top, especially for small space top area. super convenient with both hot and room temp option. the only thing missing is the cold one. hopefully to see it in future????. very clean work, from grinding the counter top to electrical work. technician who came was super punctual ????????????????and have good knowledge of the product especially for someone who likes to ask questions.
